Tenuta delle Terre Nere, Etna Bianco 2024 Wilyabrup Biodynamically family-farmed Gamay & PoulsardThis volcanic wine, from the steep slopes of Mount Etna is a blend of a number of native grape varieties among which 65% Carricante. Dry with very floral aromas of linden blooms. The mineral character, coming from the volcanic soils, gives the wine a salty edge that blends well with the fresh fruity character reminiscent of green apples. Great with pasta, white meat, seafood, fish and lobster.
