Marbled Vase with Turquoise Rim (3) chicago pottery Measures about 8"h x 6Made from a composite marbled clay it features a pure white porcelain, a contrasting rich Brooklyn red clay. The outside is left unglazed, show casing the poetic landscape of rivulets ebbing and flowing which emerges from the throwing process. These medium vases start with the same amount of clay, and must have a flared rim, but besides these guides, I explore different shapes within these restrictions each is truly unique.
