Beautiful Vintage Hobnail Design Milk Glass Bowl With Handles TablewareDesigned with a hobnail patterning on the outer surface and a starburst pattern underneath, the item is a vintage bowl manufactured from white milk glass. The handles of the bowl is also crafted with ball hobnail motifs. The bowl is very similar to Fenton glassware. The bowl is not marked or stamped. The bowl is in very good vintage condition. Height: 5. 6 cm, Diameter of base: 7 cm, Diameter of rim: 15. 4 cm, Handle to handle: 18. 6 cm

Aside from feint crazing

The handle is adorned with two ball motifs neatly spaced for the hand

The base is graduated and the item can be used for display purposes or as a sweets presentation bowl

The spoons are stamped on the stems EPNS

but they are in extremely good condition considering the age of these items

The body and domed lid are glazed in harbor grey and olive green trim decorates the rim as well as the lid finial

Manufactured in China during the 1980’s and decorated with pink and lavender rose pattering

three of the side plates has a chip each on the rim

The tin was originally retailed by Woolworths and contained 225 g of rose geranium and green leaf fragranced soap
